1. Service Scope

Accopace provides accounting and finance software tools for business record keeping, reporting, and workflow automation.

Accopace does not provide legal advice, tax advice, or statutory filing guarantees. You remain responsible for review, approvals, and regulatory submissions.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and lawful financial data.
• You must protect account credentials and access devices.
• You must review journals, returns, and payroll outputs before filing or payment.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, tax penalties, or business interruption arising from use of the software.

Total liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

4. Compliance and Filing

You are solely responsible for compliance with HMRC, Companies House, payroll, VAT, corporation tax, and all other statutory obligations.

Software calculations are provided without warranty of fitness for your specific legal or tax position.

5. Data and Security

You permit processing of data required to provide service functionality. You must not upload unlawful content or data you are not authorized to process.

6. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use requires acceptance of the latest version.
